01 Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to the 5g77 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between 5g77 ("we", "us" or "the Platform") and the user ("you" or "Member"). By using our services through the 5g77 website, mobile version or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• Platform: The 5g77 online casino and betting service.
• Member: A person who holds a registered account on the Platform.
• Funds: Money deposited into or earned within a Member's account.

02 Account Registration

• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. If verification is not completed, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Transferring, selling or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Verification Process

To ensure security, 5g77 may request a government-issued identity document (national ID card or passport) from any Member. Withdrawal services may be restricted until this verification is completed.

03 Age Limit and Eligibility

The 5g77 platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. By opening an account you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and knowingly.
• Online gaming is not prohibited for you under the laws applicable in your country.
• You do not have a gambling addiction, nor are you under the care of an advisor who has instructed you to abstain from gaming.

If a minor creates an account, or if a Member allows a minor to use their account, that account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 5g77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from accounts held in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5-30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5g77 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus and all other promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 5g77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP cashback benefits apply only to Members at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.

VIP Program

The 5g77 VIP programme has four levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, and Platinum — up to 1.2%. Members can advance to higher levels through regular and active participation.

06 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply at all times when playing games on 5g77:

• Each game has its own rules and betting limits, which can be viewed in the game lobby.
• Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid and 5g77 reserves the right to cancel such winnings.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the last state recorded in the system will be treated as final.
• 5g77 is not obliged to pay out incorrect bonus or winning amounts displayed due to software errors, technical issues or any other reason.
• The outcome of all games is determined by an auditable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

Sports Betting

It is the Member's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with the applicable rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5g77 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Sharing an account with other Members or operating games through a third party.
• Harassing platform staff or other Members.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

5g77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or concerns about money laundering.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the Member's own request to close the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

A Member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may submit a request via live chat or by email at [email protected]. The Member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

5g77 is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by technical issues, server downtime or disruptions to third-party services. The Platform's liability is limited in the following matters:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a delay or failure in a third-party payment system.
• For losses caused by issues with the Member's own device or network.
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, etc.).

In any circumstance, 5g77's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of actual funds held in the Member's account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
